Good Samaritan To The Rescue

posted on November 17, 2015

Last Saturday night, a little after 10 p.m., a group of four to eight men pulled into a neighborhood in two cars—an SUV and a white four-door sedan. A resident of the neighborhood who was walking nearby watched them get out of their cars, walk up to a house and try to force their way in. At that point, the neighbor intervened.

He pulled out his gun and went up to the men and confronted them. The neighbor ended up shooting at one of the suspects—the suspect also fired, but missed, and later died at the scene. The other suspects jumped into the SUV and fled.

Neighbors believe the suspect who was killed was driving a stolen vehicle. There was one man inside the house that the men tried to break into; he was unharmed.
