Obama To Steinle Family: [Radio Silence]

posted on July 16, 2015

According to the family of Kathryn Steinle, who was murdered July 1 by an illegal immigrant and convicted felon in the “sanctuary” city of San Francisco, no one in the Barack Obama administration has been in contact with them about the murder. “We have not heard a word … I wish somebody would reach out to us,” Kathryn’s brother, Brian, told Fox News' Megyn Kelly.

When Rep. Steve Chabot asked Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson why Obama hadn’t reached out to the Steinles, Johnson replied, “To who?” After Chabot clarified, Johnson said, “I don’t know the answer to that question,” but promised to check. However, the Steinles are reportedly still waiting—leading us to wonder whether Obama cares more about convicted drug users than murder victims in “sanctuary” cities.
