Leaked Email: Clinton Campaign Lamented California Terrorist Was Muslim

Hacked emails released by WikiLeaks continue to cut into the credibility of Hillary Clinton and her campaign chairman John Podesta. The latest exchange shows the Clinton campaign bemoaning the fact that the 2015 shootings in San Bernardino were carried out by a Muslim rather than a white man.

Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik shot and killed 14, while wounding 22 others, at an office Christmas party last December. As the situation unfolded, Clinton consultant Karen Finney sent Podesta a one-word email stating, “Damn,” when a tweet from MSNBC’s Christopher Hayes revealed the shooter had been identified as Farook. Podesta replied: “Better if a guy named Sayeed Farouk [sic] was reporting that a guy named Christopher Hayes was the shooter.”

It seems that a radical Islamic terrorist attack doesn’t spur much reaction from the Clinton camp, which is instead waiting for shootings by the kind of people it can use to push for more restrictive gun laws.
