Donald Trump Jr. Warns Of Restrictive Gun Laws

posted on October 19, 2016

On a campaign stop in Colorado on Monday, Donald Trump Jr., son of the Republican presidential candidate, told listeners about the restrictive gun laws he and others face in his home state of New York.

“I see how quickly that can go. The AR platform that I shoot with and compete with all over the country, I can't even buy anymore in New York," Trump Jr. said, according to a report at KUSA. He added, referring to candidate Donald Trump’s support for the Second Amendment: “Don't let that happen here. We have to be able to stand up for our rights, we have to be able to stand up for the freedoms that make us Americans, and you guys can do this because this isn't a campaign anymore—this is a movement.”

Trump’s comments on his father’s pro-Second Amendment stance come as Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton continues to launch wave after wave of attacks on gun rights and gun owners. Let’s end the threat by casting our pro-gun vote on Nov. 8.
