Shock Jock Stern Schools Producer On The Second Amendment

posted on April 14, 2016

Like him or hate him, radio personality, author and one-time New York gubernatorial candidate Howard Stern has roasted more than his share of guests and callers. But when his longtime producer started on an anti-gun rant recently, the shock jock put him on blast.

Last week, Gary Dell’Abate (aka Baba Booey), who has been with “The Howard Stern Show” for its entire 30-year history, claimed there should be a limit on the number of guns a person can have. After Stern ripped that argument to shreds, Dell’Abate countered by asking how much ammunition is needed to defend one’s home. That’s when Stern hit upon the problem with the vast majority of gun-control legislation:

“What’s the difference how much ammunition he has? You’re assuming he is a criminal, but he’s a law-abiding citizen! … Are you talking about the criminal element? They already got all kinds of f------ guns!”
