Armed Tulsa Woman Stops Home Invasion

A Tulsa woman used her firearm to stop two home invaders who busted into her house on Sunday night.

According to local media reports, the woman reported that two men were kicking in her door around 9 p.m. on Sunday. As the men entered her home, she went to her room, grabbed her gun and repeatedly warned them that she was armed and they should leave. When they continued to come toward her, she fired three rounds, hitting one of them in the chest and causing both to flee the scene.

Police said the wounded intruder was dropped off at a nearby hospital, where he was admitted to ICU in serious condition. Police are still searching for the other suspect.
