NRA Commentator Facing Violent Threats For Speaking Her Mind

posted on July 14, 2016

For people who claim to abhor violence, some anti-gun wackos can sure be … well, violent.

NRA Commentator Dana Loesch, also a new special adviser on women’s policy for NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre, had to call police to her home earlier this week because of a threat to her life and to her family by someone who doesn’t appreciate her opinion on gun control.

“Be aware—the guy on Twitter just called me and threatened to come to my house. I’m calling the police,” Loesch tweeted. “I recorded the call of the man who called me and threatened to hurt me. On the phone with the police now. ‘You’re going to learn your lesson,’ he threatened.” The person threatening violence then called Loesch while law enforcement officers were in her home.

Loesch said she talked with police about SWATting threats, because the man also threatened her with that. The case was to be transferred to detectives the following morning. “We are going to track him down,” Loesch tweeted later. “This won’t be over until he’s ID’d and convicted.”
