This morning on Stinchfield, Grant Stinchfield and guest Jeff Houston, Veteran U.S. Army Green Beret and NRA Carry Guard Lead Instructor, discussed the recent incident in Arlington, Texas in which a CHL holder brought down an active shooter. Both agree that this story isn't getting the attention from the mainstream media that it deserves.
"This type of story doesn't fit their narrative at all and therefore we're not seeing it all over the headlines," Houston said. "It's a perfect example of how a seemingly responsible business owner had a concealed firearm, had his concealed firearm license, and he ended what could've been a mass shooting."
The NRA recently launched NRA Carry Guard to defend the rights of the millions of Americans who carry a firearm — a freedom that the NRA helped make possible and continues to advance.
