Who would have believed a year and a half ago what our lives would be like today? Not me! But the COVID-19 pandemic, attacks by governmental entities and officials, and personal and family illnesses have not stopped the NRA.

Together, we must remind politicians that they work for us, the American people.

The NRA’s 150th anniversary has given us good reason to gaze back on our association’s history.

April 29 marked 100 days of Joe Biden as president of the United States. That’s not very long, but he’s done a lot of damage in that short time.

There are a lot of misleading ideas pushed by the radical Left that raise my ire, but fake feminism may top them all. Politicians claim to want to “empower” women, but, looking past the rhetoric, it is clear their policies actually work to put women more at risk.

There are people in our society who claim to value freedom and democracy, but who vote differently either by ballot or by letting their dollars do the talking. It happens in every election.

Over my lifetime, I have been asked about my grassroots beginnings in politics and in defense of the Second Amendment. Most of the people asking were, in fact, wanting to find out how they could get involved.

As we brace for impending battles for our freedom, it’s worth remembering what gun-control proponents fear most about Americans who cherish their God-given, and Second Amendment-protected, right to keep and bear arms.

Election Day 2020 has come and gone, and as I write this one week later, the race for president of the United States of America is not over.
