President Biden likes the power of the pen. Now, he's using it to go after your Second Amendment rights.

A California lawmaker introduced legislation that, if enacted, would greatly damage the firearms industry and the Second Amendment for Californians and, perhaps, for other Americans.

This year, we will push to expand constitutional carry, right-to-carry laws and fight the gun control groups' continued attempts to use the financial sector to effectively get the restrictions they can't get through legislatures. And this is just the beginning of what we will do!

The Second Amendment was restored, brick by brick, in a decades-long battle spearheaded by the NRA that continues to this very day.

Another year has come and gone, and with it so did many important battles in the ongoing fight to defend our Second Amendment rights.

The Biden administration has been waging a war on firearms makers and dealers. Meanwhile, some financial companies have behaved as if they are gun-control-activist groups.

Now is the time to stand with the "brick wall" of NRA members and fight back against revolving-door-justice policies that continue to make our city streets dangerous.

It should generate considerable disgust that gun-control advocates are now collaborating with foreign governments to undermine the constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans.

One would think that political figures involved in underhanded scandals in the past would not be elevated to positions in which they might try again, but when it comes to President Biden and “Operation Chokepoint,” that’s not even remotely true.
