Congressional Democrats are planning to introduce federal legislation banning so-called “large-capacity” magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The Guardian reports that the measure will be introduced into the House by Rep. Elizabeth Esty, D-Conn., and several House members from Nevada.
