Citizens of the Golden State may be soon getting back some of the freedoms they haven’t enjoyed in decades.

With Bruen decided, litigation sprung up throughout the country. What will all of this mean for the future of our freedom?

By passing this unconstitutional gun-control package in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that American citizens’ Second Amendment rights clearly extend outside of their homes, New Jersey was sure to see court challenges.

Bruen was a battle—a major battle, to be sure, but the war is not over. The victory we achieved in Bruen has enraged the enemies of the Second Amendment, so we must stay vigilant.

When the U.S. Supreme Court tossed out New York state's "good cause" requirement, the state responded with a "good moral character" requirement that is, perhaps, even worse.

For decades, the NRA has fought to make sure that Americans have the right to self-defense and protection outside their homes.

We are supposed to believe that criminals will obey the "gun-free zone" signs.

Freedom-loving Americans will need to force anti-gun states to comply in the courts, the legislatures and with the wight of public opinion.

When their rights are red-taped away, when they are abused, made into victims and treated as if some of their freedoms were the cause of criminal violence, Americans will stand up, fists clenched, and demand respect.
