With the NRA now over 150 years old, it's no overstatement to say that the vision, initiative and determination shared by you, me and millions of our fellow members have fueled the greatest restoration of freedom this nation has ever seen.

In the weeks leading up to Election Day, you and I witnessed something we never thought we’d see in America.

You and I have been living through a moment in history that the world will remember for the next 500 years.

When I step in front of audiences to speak, I always take a moment to look out through the lights at yet another diverse crowd of NRA members. I glance at individual faces and see men and women, youngsters and veterans, people of every ethnicity and from all occupations.

A war is being waged against gun owners and the NRA, and newspapers are spreading the message for the anti-gunners.

Make no mistake. This election is about your Second Amendment … your guns … your freedom.

The newspaper published an article criticizing Attorney General Jeff Sessions for cracking down on gun crime by enforcing existing laws.

The last thing kids are thinking about now is going back to school, but school security should be on the mind of all parents.

American freedom faces no greater threat than from our academic institutions, where the most basic fundamental principles upon which our nation was founded are aggressively attacked by extreme socialists posing as honest professors.
