It is an open question whether, as everyone sees Ukrainian citizens picking up rifles to defend their lives and liberty from Russian troops, more Europeans will come to the conclusion that this is a right every law-abiding person needs.

For anyone who ever needed proof of how crucial gun rights are to our survival and our safety, I have just two words of advice: Remember Ukraine!

If there is a silver lining to the horrors Vladimir Putin has inflicted upon the Ukrainian people, it is that they stood up to a tyrant and showed the world why, to really be free, the people need their right to keep and bear arms.

We should take pride in knowing that you, me and our fellow NRA members are the one thing standing between the Founders' noble vision of everlasting freedom and those like Joe Biden who would take it all away.

If there’s anything that illustrates how badly President Biden completely misunderstands the concept of basic freedom, it is his recent call for an “assault weapons” ban in the midst of Ukrainian citizens being handed tens of thousands of actual assault rifles.

What is happening in Ukraine proves the wisdom of our Founding Fathers in drafting the Second Amendment.
