Days after Hillary Clinton received the public endorsement of former Arizona Congresswoman Gabby Giffords and her husband, Mark Kelly, she has also picked up the backing of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. According to a campaign aide, Clinton will accept the endorsement Tuesday at a campaign stop in Ames, Iowa. In addition to the Brady and Giffords endorsements, on Monday the Clinton campaign touted the endorsement of Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin.

These endorsements are the latest developments in the ongoing battle between Democratic front-runner Clinton and Bernie Sanders to make the case for their steadfast dedication to extreme gun control. The Clinton campaign has made it a point to announce that Sanders voted against the Brady Bill five times to diminish his record on gun control, as well as criticizing him for his 2005 vote for the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.
