A Decatur, Ala., man is fortunate that a co-worker had a gun with him at work and knew how to use it.

According to local media reports, a man walked into Eagle 1 Metal Roofing Supply, got in a dispute with an employee and began threatening the employee with a handgun. Another employee grabbed his handgun and shot the attacker twice in defense of his fellow worker.

Investigators say there were several witnesses to the shooting as the business was open during the incident.
