Armed And Naked In Ohio

posted on December 30, 2015

It was two days before Christmas and the Kleins in Newark, Ohio, were ready. They had all their presents wrapped and stacked under the tree—enough for their six children and two grandchildren. But the gifts almost didn’t make it to Christmas day.

Jason Klein was in bed when a noise jolted him awake just before 4 a.m. on Christmas Eve. Seeing someone dart through the shadows, he grabbed the gun he keeps above his bed and opened the back door. There he was confronted by a man who had been attempting to break into a window … one that provided a full view of the Kleins’ Christmas tree and gifts.

“You ain’t gonna shoot me,” taunted the would-be robber. Jason, wearing nothing but his .40 caliber, trained his gun’s sight on the man’s head and promised him otherwise. He held the man there until police arrived and arrested him.
