Armed Arizona Man Stops Pit Bull Attack

posted on January 9, 2017

We reported just last week about a Michigan man who used his firearm to stop an attack by a pit bull. Now, a Pima County, Ariz., resident has been forced to do the same.

According to local media reports, the pit bull attacked the neighbor’s blue heeler last Wednesday and was biting the other dog’s head and neck when the blue heeler’s owner tried to separate the two. The owner was then bitten and, fearing his dog was dying, he shot and killed the pit bull.

The man who shot the dog will not face criminal charges since he was defending himself and his dog. Animal control officers are investigating the case to determine if the pit bull's owner will face any charges.

A Gun-Control Amendment?

Gavin Newsom is openly trying to amend the U.S. Constitution to include what he calls “common-sense” gun-control regulations. It seems he doesn’t understand what’s already plainly written in the Constitution.
