When two burglars kicked in the back door of an 80-year-old Houston man’s house early Monday morning, a concerned neighbor saw what was occurring and came to the rescue.
When the neighbor approached the suspects, they dropped their stolen goods and jumped into their vehicle. But when the suspects attempted to run over the neighbor, he pulled his handgun and shot twice into the vehicle.
According to local police, the suspects fled the scene, causing minor damage when they slammed into a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported.
