Armed Robbery Victim Fights Off Attackers

posted on March 3, 2016

A robbery victim in St. Lucie County, Fla., is beaten and bruised, but still alive after turning the tables on his assailants early Tuesday morning.

According to local police, Kyle Davis and two of his friends were outside in Cypress Bay Mobile Home Park when three men approached them, one with a gun. The armed robbers beat and pistol-whipped Davis, took his wallet, and forced him to the ground. While on the ground, however, Davis drew his gun and shot two of the criminals, killing one.

“He was obviously scared,” St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara told TCPalm.com. “He wasn’t just in fear of his own life, but feared for his friends.” Davis, who lost some teeth and suffered a possible broken nose in the assault, will not be charged for the self-defense shooting.

A Gun-Control Amendment?

Gavin Newsom is openly trying to amend the U.S. Constitution to include what he calls “common-sense” gun-control regulations. It seems he doesn’t understand what’s already plainly written in the Constitution.
