Decision From Hell: Hillary Or Bloomberg?

posted on June 4, 2015

What could possibly be worse for America’s law-abiding firearm owners than eight years of a Hillary Clinton presidency? How about welcoming President Michael Bloomberg into the White House after next fall’s critical election?

With support for Hillary floundering (recent polling indicates that 57 percent of Americans believe she is neither honest nor trustworthy) some in the anti-gun movement are looking for another candidate who will do their gun-ban bidding if elected. Their latest selection—yep, you guessed it, “Hizzoner” himself.

Of course, nobody but Bloomberg knows how interested he actually is in pursuing the title of “Most Powerful Man in the World.” But as the New York Post pointed out, in 2008 Bloomberg seriously investigated a presidential run as an independent, even saying he would spend $1 billion of his own fortune to pursue the office.
