Georgia Man Opens Fire On Home Invader

posted on March 25, 2016

A resident of Macon, Ga., was at home when he reportedly heard an unidentified noise coming from his sister’s bedroom. Going to investigate, he encountered an intruder and ended up shooting him in the leg. Authorities arrived to find the suspect, dressed in all black, lying on the ground while the resident held him at gunpoint.

The suspect, who was hospitalized and is in stable condition, told police that he formerly dated the woman who lived in the home and had come for “revenge.” From the sound of it, it is possible that this armed citizen saved his sister’s life.
