Kahr Firearms Group is producing a special edition of its PM9 to recognize police duty.

"At Kahr Firearms Group, we have a deep appreciation of the sacrifices made by the law enforcement community," said Jodi DePorter, director of marketing. "We offer this product as a show of support and strength for those men and women in blue."

The “Thin Blue Line” version of the handgun will stand out easily as it will have a blue line encircling the slide.

The every-day-carry gun will have all exposed metal parts blacked out, and the magazines will also be blackened for enhanced concealability.

Marketed as a defensive handgun, the “Thin Blue Line” PM9 will come equipped with TruGlo Tactical Night Sights.

MSRP for the special edition will be $899.
