In his drive to impose New York City-style gun controls on the citizens of Maine, former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and his anti-gun lobbying groups are spending lavishly in Maine to deceive voters about Question 3, which would ban "transfers" of firearms—including loans, gifts and other innocent temporary “transfers,” even for self-defense—unless approved through background checks by a federally licensed firearms dealers.

But now, a new NRA website—votenoquestion3.org—exposes the truth about Question 3 and Bloomberg’s plan to criminalize perfectly innocent activities by Maine gun owners and hunters.

USE YOUR POWER!

Mainers, spread the word about Bloomberg’s plans for your Second Amendment rights by visiting the website mentioned above and forwarding it to every gun owner you know in the Pine Tree State. Then, get involved in the fight to defend Mainers’ freedoms from Bloomberg’s bans by becoming a part of NRA Frontlines by clicking here.

Standing Guard | The NRA Gathers to Celebrate Our Freedom

The momentum we’re seeing across the country is both encouraging and energizing. January opened with tremendous activity at the NRA booth during SHOT Show, where members, industry partners and supporters stopped by to connect, share ideas and reaffirm their commitment to freedom and the Second Amendment.

Port Authority Doubles Down on Constitution-Free Zone with High-Profile Arrest

As anyone who has passed a basic civics class knows, the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land. All legislation and official government actions are subject to its limits.
