Melted L.A. Guns Can’t Be Used For Self-Defense

posted on July 22, 2017

While the Los Angeles sheriff seems extremely proud that his office recently destroyed nearly 5,000 perfectly good firearms, he completely ignores the fact that such an action could cost lives instead of saving them.

“These weapons will never be on our streets unlawfully in the hands of criminals,” Sheriff Jim McDonnell said. “They will not be used to commit a crime or used to harm our residents.”

We feel compelled to point out, Sheriff, that those guns weren’t evil, even if they had previously been used for such purposes. By destroying them, you’ve insured that none of them will ever be used by law-abiding men or women to save their own lives or the lives of others.

That makes your precious gun destruction agenda destructive in itself.
