NRA-ILA Shreds New York Times Hit Piece

posted on August 23, 2016

A full-length feature posted to the NRA-ILA website last Friday completely dismantled a recent New York Times attack piece targeting the National Rifle Association and its 5 million-plus law-abiding members.

Titled “Donald Trump Courts the Gun Zealots,” the editorial is laden with hyperbole, unsupported claims and outright falsehoods. Moreover, the Times’ decision to label NRA as “zealots” should strike many as ironic coming from a “news” outlet that late last year used its front page to advocate the undeniably extreme position of confiscating Americans’ lawfully owned firearms.

The NRA-ILA feature is a must-read for American gun owners, as it tears through a number of New York Times myths, following them up with the truth about the issue at hand. Read the entire feature story by clicking here.
