Ohio Man Fights Off Armed Intruders

posted on November 11, 2016

Under brutal attack from two armed intruders, a Bellaire, Ohio, homeowner fought back and won on Tuesday night.

According to local media reports, Kenneth Hall and an accomplice came to the home. Hall had a gun, and his accomplice might have also been armed. “They knocked on a subject’s door, the subject opened the door, and they forced their way in, assaulting the homeowner,” Sheriff’s Deputy Chief James Zuzack told theintellegencer.net.

According to Zuzack, the homeowner managed to fight off the intruders long enough to get to his gun, then fired at them, putting an end to the attack. Hall, who authorities believe is suffering from gunshot wounds, is wanted on charges of aggravated robbery and child endangerment. The homeowner had minor head injuries, while his wife and child, who were present at the time of the attack, were unharmed.
