Oklahoma Homeowner Fights Off Armed Intruders

An armed Lawton, Okla., homeowner successfully fought off two armed home intruders last Friday afternoon.

According to local police reports, the homeowner said two men—one armed with a shotgun—broke into his home through the front door. He punched one of the intruders, then ran to his bedroom to retrieve his handgun.

The homeowner then fired several shots at the intruders, forcing them to flee the scene. Police said the episode is still an open investigation, and they continue to search for the suspects.
