Suspect Wounded In Attempted Burglary In Denver

9 News in Denver, Colo., reports that a man who allegedly attempted to break into a home in the southwest part of the city was shot during the incident. The suspect was hospitalized and taken into custody. There have not been many details released, but Denver Police described the incident as an attempted burglary and said that the homeowner was the one who fired the shot. The Denver district attorney announced that no charges would be filed against the homeowner.
