Texas Resident Defends Self Against Girlfriend’s Ex

Police in Tomball, Texas, have determined that a shooting that recently left one man dead appears to be a self-defense incident. A confrontation took place at the house of the shooter’s girlfriend when her ex-boyfriend allegedly tried to attack him with a brick. The assailant was shot once in the chest and died at the scene. No charges have been filed as of this writing.
