The Nevada campaign finance reports covering the last four months reveal that a whopping $13.3 million was donated by former NYC Mayor Bloomberg and his anti-gun organization, Everytown for Gun Safety, to support Question 1. The question, which will appear on the statewide ballot in November, seeks to overregulate background checks, gun sales and transfers. Of the $13.3 million raised, Bloomberg himself donated $3.5 million of his own money, and his Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund donated $9.5 million toward the cause.

To combat Bloomberg’s attempt to trample the Second Amendment rights of Nevadans, a state affiliate of the National Rifle Association has raised $4.5 million to fight the measure.
