Will We Let A Billionaire Buy America’s Future?

How Much Is America Worth?
Our nation has been blessed with bounty beyond measure, resources too vast to quantify, material wealth, economic power and military strength. Thanks to free enterprise, we are part of the most productive, prosperous and generous population the world has ever known.

If we were able to calculate this country’s “net worth,” it would also have to include the individual rights and freedoms that make the United States of America unique among all the countries on Earth.

And then there are the “value-added” components: blood that has been shed and limbs and lives lost by Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Guardsmen and Marines in defense of our freedom, rights and liberties over the last 242 years.

Now add to all this the “future value” of what those hard-won individual rights and freedoms mean to our children, grandchildren and future generations.

Still trying to add it all up?

It’s futile. Try as they might, economists, demographers and “social scientists” cannot put an accurate price tag on the worth of this remarkable nation so many of us have fought to preserve and protect.

That’s reality.

Unfortunately, reality hasn’t been enough to deter a handful of super-rich elites and political malcontents from attempting to “buy out” our democratic process. As you read this message, a small cabal of billionaires and their pet politicians are conspiring to permanently transform America into a socialist state.

They tried their best to prevent Donald Trump from winning the presidency in the 2016 election. And since his inauguration, they have done everything possible to undo the will of “We the People.”

Their goals: Crush the National Rifle Association, repeal the Second Amendment and seize power in Washington, D.C.—not with bombs and bullets, but with big bucks buying ballots.

You know some of their names well—George Soros, Michael Bloomberg and their lap dog, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. He’s the genius who told us on Aug. 14, “We’re not going to make America great again; it was never that great.”

When he made that shocking claim, I was at the American Cemetery at Normandy, France, with a group of NRA members, Freedom Alliance supporters and combat-wounded heroes from the current war against radical Islamist terror. We were stunned.

Billionaire Tom Steyer: What is his way? Most obvious is the impeachment of President Trump. And the only way that could be accomplished is with the takeover of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Meet The Enemy
Neither Soros nor Bloomberg distanced themselves from Cuomo’s pathetic rejection of American values and virtues. Neither did one of the newest members of the Democratic socialist, anti-Second Amendment, big money cartel—shadowy billionaire Tom Steyer.

Steyer is the man who has been paying for television ads calling for Trump’s impeachment. But these ads are just air cover for the real ground campaign Steyer is running.

“Need to Impeach” is the official name of Steyer’s group, and its lead strategist is Kevin Mack.

Mack is a senior partner at Deliver Strategies, a voter communication firm serving far-left Democrats running for office. He has worked for Hillary Clinton and both of Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns. Through “Need to Impeach,” they’ve been garnering voter information and growing their list of supporters.

According to Mack, the “Need to Impeach” list “is bigger than the NRA’s—and we’re going to make sure it votes that way in 2018.”

I think that claim is false but, as a Marine, I never underestimate an adversary. And Steyer is, without doubt, our adversary—and a real enemy of the freedoms we hold dear.

Setting Their Sights On November
Mack’s claim tells us that “Need to Impeach” is about much more than just running Trump out of office. It is all about winning in this election.

And Steyer is putting his money where his mouth is. He has publicly promised to spend $110 million to buy the election on Nov. 6.

Why?

Because Steyer needs enough leftists elected in a few weeks to seize control of the u.s. House of Representatives. In fact, Steyer even admitted in a recent interview that a failure to win a sufficient majority in the House would be a defeat.

That’s why he is supporting anti-Second Amendment, European-style leftists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. She is the self-described Democratic socialist who defeated a long-time incumbent Democrat to run for Congress in New York City.

She has pledged to abolish the U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE), wants government controlled health care and free college for all, and, in keeping with her socialist agenda, has said, “Capitalism won’t always exist.” And Steyer, who became a billionaire thanks to capitalism, supports her!

Ocasio-Cortez also laments that a 17-year-old could walk into any gun store and buy an “assault weapon.” As we all know, that is a total lie.

Steyer is also well on his way to becoming the largest donor to groups like Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety and Giffords (formerly Americans for Responsible Solutions). Both organizations seek to ban firearms and ammunition, yet have no proposals that would really make our streets, homes or schools any safer.

Not surprisingly, Steyer-funded socialist platitudes and candidates ignore real solutions, such as the NRA School Shield program. Thanks to generous donors who support The NRA Foundation, we offer to analyze and assist every school district with their security needs free of charge. We advocate fixes for our broken mental health system, and we urge putting all prohibited persons on the list of those who cannot purchase a firearm.

We stand with America’s “Thin Blue Line” of law enforcement officers in urging prosecution for those who violate federal gun laws already on the books—every violent felon with a gun, every gang member with a gun and every drug dealer with a gun.

The utter failure of billionaires Steyer, Soros, Bloomberg, and their political lackeys like Cuomo and Ocasio-Cortez to even consider real “common-sense” solutions to gun violence shows them to be hypocrites. And Steyer is the poster child for hypocrisy.

Steyer presents himself as a self-avowed “climate change” social activist. But he built his multi-billion-dollar empire on coal.

It was only when the Obama administration began advocating increased federal subsidies and tax breaks for “renewable energy” that Steyer formed a new “green energy” company and spent millions to ensure legislatures across the country—and members of the u.s Congress—would support his investments.

All of this begs the question: What does he really want?

Steyer says he’s spending at least $110 million in this election to install his own brand of social-engineering liberals in place of conservative candidates endorsed by the NRA. He’s backed up by the $80 million Bloomberg has promised to spend in this election. And they, in turn, are being assisted by tens of millions more from the Soros family to turn America into a gun-free socialist utopia.

NRA members—nearly 6 million strong—can see all this big money is aimed at eradicating our freedom and transforming our country … forever.

President Steyer?
To accomplish this end, Steyer has built his own self-serving political “Death Star.” According to
The Daily Beast, Steyer holds “one of the biggest Democratic lists out there.”

He has become a mini-party of his own. And while supporting groups like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and those who advocate open borders and gun control, Steyer has continued to build voter lists, donate to hard-left candidates and curry favor among top Democratic socialist leaders.

His immediate goals are clear—pay to plant Democratic socialists everywhere possible in our political system, seize control of the U.S. House and Senate, and impeach Trump.

Now—right now, in this election—is the time to defeat him.

Think about it this way. In the year 2000, if you could have voted Obama out of the Illinois State Legislature, thereby blocking his presidential run, would you have done so? Of course.

We have that same kind of chance right now, in this election. Steyer won’t be on our ballots, but his candidates are. A vote against each of them is a vote against Steyer and his cronies—the radical, social-engineering billionaires who rail against NRA members and our personal freedom.

In an age when political parties have been gradually losing influence, Steyer continues to build his own personal political organ. The “Steyer Party” calls Ocasio-Cortez a “bright opportunity in politics.” It is a party that advocates repealing the Second Amendment, and a party that eschews individual rights for the socialist “collective good.”

But here’s where the rubber really hits the road: Steyer, Bloomberg and other anti-gunners are pledging millions to influence the upcoming elections at a time when, according to a recent Gallup poll, the majority of Democrats—57 percent—support socialism over American free enterprise.

In the midst of this toxic political shift, along comes hypocrite Steyer, as the savior of America who has built his own personal political force.

Winning The Battle
I’ve been a Marine my entire adult life. During my decades of service, I was taught and have trained others on situational
awareness—the necessity of always knowing what’s happening in our surroundings—and on having a plan for dealing with threats and seizing opportunities.

One thing is clear: No matter what Steyer says, it’s what he does that makes the difference.

He’s striving to buy an American election by paying for control of the u.s. House and the u.s. Senate. He’s financing the impeachment of our president, and paying to eradicate the Second Amendment.

False pretense, duplicity and hypocrisy aren’t necessarily disqualifiers for public office. If they were, Obama and Bill Clinton would never have been presidents.

Steyer’s actions speak louder than his words. He can’t want to ban all guns. That would mean his armed guards wouldn’t be able to carry guns. He just wants to ban your guns and mine.

All of this is why I am convinced Steyer is running for president in 2020. Why else would he hold 30 town halls around the country—including New Hampshire! That’s the state where every potential presidential candidate holds a town hall.

I am privileged to be the 66th president of the National Rifle Association. I have been a long-time advocate for conservative American causes, and a member of the national news media for nearly two decades.

Hear me now: Along with the groups and causes that his millions back, Steyer represents a clear and present danger to the United States of America, and a serious threat to the freedoms we hold dear.

There is only one way to defeat him—and defeat him we must.

Our America is not for sale—not if our NRA and its nearly 6 million members have anything to say about it. We represent the interests and defend the freedom of more than 100 million American gun owners. Our rights and liberty can never be bought. And we can tear down the “For Sale” sign in a matter of weeks should we prevail in the upcoming elections.

The enemies of our freedom—political elites and the masters of the so-called mainstream media—will always whine and howl like hyenas about the money the NRA spends in elections. Yet the facts bear out the truth—our spending pales in comparison to the massive millions spent to influence elections by so-called “progressives,” and by “dark money” socialists like Steyer.

What the liberal, anti-freedom media don’t get is that we spend our limited resources wisely, effectively and in the best way to make a difference.

That is what the NRA is, and always will be about—making a difference.

Their money is beaten by our activism. Their dollars are defeated by our votes.

No one—no matter how rich—should be able to buy our rights or steal our God-given freedom as long as we continue to grow our ranks and stand together.

That’s why I ask you to go out now and recruit a new NRA member!

And on Nov. 6, please go to the polls with that new member you signed up and preserve freedom by beating the socialist agenda of Steyer and his cohorts.

That’s what America is worth ...

Your Vote.

Semper Fidelis.
