At a Democratic presidential forum Wednesday night, when asked whether she’d have any “litmus tests” for Supreme Court nominees besides being pro-abortion, Hillary Clinton said, “I have a bunch of litmus tests, because the next president could get as many as three appointments”—if not four—to the Supreme Court, The Hill reports

As an example, Clinton specifically cited the Supreme Court ruling that restored the right of groups like the NRA to sponsor communications exposing politicians’ anti-gun voting records in the months leading up to elections—a ruling Clinton wants to overturn, and a gag order she wants re-imposed.

Although she didn’t cite it as a “litmus test,” Clinton has said “the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment”—meaning it was wrong when it ruled that the right to keep and bear arms is your individual right—which should convince every gun owner to vote this year.
