Officially, the initiative is simply titled “Question 1.” Unofficially, it’s the Bloomberg Gun-Control Initiative—the latest effort in a billionaire’s attempt to buy anti-gun laws across America.

This November, Nevadans will be asked to vote on one of the most restrictive gun-control measures ever seen in the Silver State. The initiative would subject virtually every transfer of a firearm to federal record-keeping and a background check—including gifts and loans.

What the initiative will not do is stop criminals from obtaining guns. What it will do is create a universal gun registry, turn otherwise law-abiding gun owners into criminals, and waste resources trying to enforce an unenforceable mandate.

Use Your Power!

Bloomberg’s minions would have you believe this initiative is for a “Safer Nevada,” but it has nothing to do with crime or safety. It’s imperative that Nevadans stand up for freedom this election and vote a resounding “no” to Question 1. Learn more here.
