OKC Homeowner Fights Off Home Invader

The U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Civil Rights Division is now suing the District of Columbia’s Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) because the District government and MPD “unconstitutionally ban the AR-15 and many other firearms protected under the Second Amendment.”

In its annual report on concealed carry, the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) determined that 20.88 million Americans now have concealed-carry permits. This is a 2.7% drop from 2024, but has the number really fallen?
