That’s when the victim said he was armed—over and over.
“He has a concealed weapon permit for a 9 mm. Then the knife-wielding man comes toward him and he shoots him in the knee,” Chitwood said. “He told us he purposely shot him in the leg.” The suspect was treated for injuries and released, and is expected to be charged with assault and terroristic threats.Most Popular
