The http://freebeacon.com selected armed citizen Stephen Willeford as Man of the Year. You probably remember him. He was the man who used an AR-15 to stop the mass shooting in Sutherland Springs, Texas.

At least one of the survivors, Farida Brown, credited Willeford with saving her life. Brown had been shot in the legs several  times. She hid but saw the gunman walking through the church, shooting some of those who survived his initial barrage. Before the bad guy could get Brown in his sights again, Willeford shot at him.

If you’d like to hear him recount those harrowing moments, you can view an hour-long video of him HERE.
