Texas House Approves Open Carry Bill

posted on April 22, 2015

With the Senate having already approved a similar bill, open carry should soon be passed pending the signature of Gov. Greg Abbott. Texas would have the highest population of any state to implement open carry, although it is currently one of only six states in the country not to allow it in any form.
