Under FBI Investigation, Hillary Clinton Says Those Under FBI Investigation Forfeit Second Amendment Rights

posted on June 16, 2016

While under “criminal investigation” for her reckless, dangerous and apparently illegal use of a private, unsecured email server to send and receive sensitive, classified documents, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said that persons under FBI investigation should not be able to lawfully purchase firearms.

On June 13, the day after the terrorist attack on the Orlando, Fla., Pulse nightclub, Clinton said, “If the FBI is watching you for suspected terrorist links, you shouldn’t be able to just go buy a gun with no questions asked.”

Although the FBI’s investigation of the Orlando terrorist killer ended three years ago, after the bureau concluded that he had committed no crime for which he could be charged, the FBI’s criminal investigation of Clinton’s activities appears far from finished.
