Leaders of notable anti-gun groups indicate President Joe Biden is likely to take executive action against your Second Amendment rights soon, after meeting with White House officials virtually on February 10.

Moms Demand Action founder Shannon Watts said the group is “confident” Biden will use executive action to enact gun-control measures in the “near future.”

“We are pleased that the administration recognizes the gravity of this issue and look forward to continued discussion with and actions by the administration to begin confronting the ever-present threat of gun violence,” said Kris Brown, president of Brady.

Among the members of the Biden administration that gun-control group leaders met with were Susan Rice, who leads the White House Domestic Policy Council, and Cedric Richmond, director of the White House Office of Public Engagement. Neither Rice nor Richmond are overly fond of your constitutional rights, either.

Also included in the meeting were leaders from gun-control groups Giffords and the Bloomberg-funded Everytown for Gun Safety.

The news from this meeting, combined with White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki recently confirming that Biden “would love to see action” on gun control, signals that anti-gun measures from the current administration are drawing nearer by the day.

In fact, Psaki said the virtual meeting was to discuss the administration’s “shared goals” with the anti-gun groups.

This renewed push by proponents of gun control is no surprise. In December, Everytown released a “roadmap” of actions the group wants Biden to take by “outlining ways the Biden administration can address gun violence through executive actions.”

These actions, as the NRA Institute for Legislative Action reported, are illegal.

Now, it seems these groups are inching closer to achieving their goal of having a president unilaterally enact some of the most-restrictive anti-gun measures in history.

Already, Biden has gone after gun manufacturers and he has repeatedly signaled his intent to hold them liable for the criminal misuse of their products.

America’s 1st Freedom has extensively reported on Biden’s gun-control plans, and will continue to keep you informed and up to date on any actions he takes.

These anti-gun groups—and Biden himself—believe that Biden has a “mandate” to take away your rights. Simply put, he does not, and it will take Americans who cherish and understand this freedom to stand up to any attempts at gun bans and more.

Virginia is Going After the Peoples’ Guns

As Virginia’s Democrat-controlled General Assembly and Senate move gun-control bills through committees, residents need to contact their representatives to let them know neither they, nor their guns, are to blame for crime.

The demise of newspapers, small and large, has been well chronicled, but how this has impacted America’s most practical civil right, our right to keep and bear arms, has not often been considered.

The DOJ Civil Rights Division is Hiring Second Amendment Attorneys

After Harmeet Dhillon, assistant attorney general for the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Civil Rights Division, was a guest on Gun Talk Media with Tom Gresham, NRA-ILA reported that Dhillon is “embracing a new style of litigation on behalf of the Second Amendment.”

Cynical Strategies To Subvert The Protection Of Lawful Commerce In Arms Act

Since President George W. Bush signed the bipartisan Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) into law on Oct. 26, 2005, those bent on civilian disarmament have sought to bypass the legislation’s clear commands. In fact, 20 years later, gunmakers were fending off a frivolous nuisance suit from the city of Gary, Ind., filed in 1999, despite the PLCAA and state-analogue legislation.
