NRA Executive Vice President & CEO Doug Hamlin recently visited Sellmark headquarters in Mansfield, Texas, where he personally accepted the Sellmark Heritage Award.

The Sellmark Heritage Award is presented annually to leaders who demonstrate unwavering dedication to protecting and advancing the values that define America’s outdoor heritage.

“Doug Hamlin has been a tireless advocate for preserving the traditions that define America’s outdoor heritage. His leadership in championing the Second Amendment, ethical hunting, and conservation efforts embodies the very essence of the Sellmark Heritage Award. We are honored to recognize his contributions and the lasting impact he continues to make,” said James Sellers, Sellmark CEO.

The Sellmark Heritage Award symbolizes the deep connection between conservation, responsible shooting traditions and the values that sustain outdoor heritage. Each year’s honoree receives a custom award designed to reflect the rich legacy of nature, hunting and outdoor traditions.

“It’s always great to see like-minded people standing up for our freedoms. Sellmark understands what’s at stake. As Americans, it is our duty to ensure that our outdoor way of life, built by a strong tradition in hunting, conservation and the shooting sports, not only survives but thrives. I appreciate the recognition, and rest assured, we’re going to keep fighting for the values that make this country great,” said Hamlin.

Sellmark was founded in 2000, and its brands include Sightmark, Pulsar, Firefield and more.
